Antimicrobial Resistance Modelling using a One Health Approach
HIPER concluded a thoughtful Stakeholder Engagement Workshop on AMR Modelling with a One Health Approach, held on Sep 27 2023.
We gathered international experts from academia, public health institutions, and One Health agencies like MOH, NEA, NParks, SFA, and PUB.
During the workshop…
1️⃣ We shared the latest research on AMR using the One Health Approach.
2️⃣ We discussed modelling approaches, which aided policy-shaping conversations, and explored the data options for HIPER’s ongoing work on modelling Singapore’s socioeconomic AMR burden.
Speakers include Ms Kinanti Khansa Chavarina, Dr Xiao-Xi Zhang, Ms Kristina Aluzaite, Dr Munirul Alam and visiting Professor Alec Morton as seen below.
Participants were encouraged to connect and keep their conversations going to spot further collaborative opportunities.
One of the presentations was done by the school’s very own visiting professor, Professor Alec Morton.
